While messing around in audacity i accidentally made this. I generated dial sounds and g-verb'd it. I then put a high pass filter on it and paulsteached it. And made this. The breathing sound wasn't there in the original. But when i paulstreached it again. It just. . . Happened. I uploaded this because i thought i should share this. I got a weird story for this one! i took a machine sound from my grandpa's workshop, overloaded it with flanger so it didn't even sound like a machine anymore, got a little snippet of the sound, pitch shifted it up, and repeated it, eqed it, and added some reverb. (the machine didn't have anything do do with it btw. You can do this with any sound. ) hope you guys enjoy this sound. Feel free to use this anywhere you want. :).

Searched everywhere for this sound and was astonished not to find it. Very basic slap of the bare palm over the opening of an empty glass bottle, while holding the bottle in the other hand. I had a need for some burps in a project, and decided to burp loudly into the mic whenever the urge arose while i was narrating. Beer aided the process quite a bit. These were collected over the course of several stories. I've studiously avoided sniffing my pop-filter, for obvious reasons. Mic is a rode procaster. The giant 1000 liter wine tank at red maple vineyard in the hudson valley - west park, ny. This sounds amazing for "old vocals"a very springy plate tank reverb. Complex and colorful. White and pink noise was played through two speaker exciter transducers attached the outside of the tank. 12gaugemicrophones black212 blumlein microphone inside the tank into behringer xr18, logic pro. This is a section of a recording i did when a school nearby had a field day. There's a decent part in the middle, where the wind sound is practically gone. I used some filters to take out the wind sound as much as possible, but the high end whistling of the wind is still a bit audible. Feel free to use this in anything!.

This was recorded with a trustin portable rechargeable 8gb dictaphone. The recorder was held about 7" away for the louder scrapes and drops and no more than 3" away with the softer scraping sounds. Some normalization was used to drop the peaks. The tiles were in the small hall of an apartment, facing an open door. The hall was approximately 3 feet wide and 8 feet long. This is free to use anywhere you may find useful, and i'd love to hear the results.

In the onset, the listener stands on a windy heath, and hears the air-raid sirens in the distance. Then come the bombers (propeller planes!), supposedly lancasters or so, passing overhead toward their target. . . I did this for a tv documentary, however i kept all rights and, as usual, you may use it free of charge and attribution. Enjoy.

This is how lost my shoes at the mexico city metro, it was almost like the scene in the harry potter's movies when they get into a looping parallel dimension until you get out in another dimension, yes i really felt i went into another dimension inside the metro and that's the exact sound from when it happened.
